Ann Klein is an expert on why encouraging more vacations is actually good for the health of your business.
It all began after receiving my degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies, where I focused on and concentrating in the Psychology of Play in Societies and discovered The Wonderful World of Travel and Leisure as an occupation.
Minor detour…I was called to, and spent the next 15 years developing and expanding new markets for my familys’ business, learning first hand the importance of positioning and competition in the marketplace as well as company culture, recruitment, retainment, recognition and rewards of key employees as the CEO of my small publishing empire.
After 15 years of a successful career in that industry, I began refocusing on that which I have always had so much passion for…the importance of play in societies, cultures and small business, and its effect on today’s workforce.
